White Marble is their first small-batch high-rye Kentucky bourbon release. Its mash consists of 64% corn, 24% rye, and 12% malted barley. After distillation, the bourbon enters its American white oak casks (char #4) at 105-115 proof, where it then spends up to 4 years.
