Copalli use only three ingredients to craft Copalli Barrel Rested Rum: Fresh pressed juice from locally grown, organic sugar cane, plus yeast and rainwater. Our Copal Tree Distillery is designed to be zero waste, and we proudly craft a rum free of added flavors, colors, or additives. The sugar cane juice is distilled in our column and pot stills, and the rum is then rested in used American Oak bourbon barrels which mature in the unique rainforest climate, to create a rich, sweet rum that tastes delicious served neat, on the rocks, and in cocktails.

Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. The levels of stock can change at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock when your order has been made.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
