A combination of three bourbons: 14 Year Ryed Bourbon, 8 Year Ryed bourbon and an 8 Year Ryed bourbon finished in Sauternes casks. Sauternes are a sweet white grape from the small town of Sauternes in the Bordeaux region of France. The Sauternes Cask Finish brings in additional tasting notes characterized by a balance of sweetness with additional spice.
