Our warehouse staff are highly educated and will package your goods in accordance with our precise and exact specifications. Your goods are thoroughly checked and properly secured before shipping. These warehouses are in Europe in the same way as they are in the USA.
Orders that contain more than 1 item are given processing time in accordance with the item.
Prior to shipment the items, our staff will carry out an exhaustive inspection of the products you have ordered. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple entities which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock once the order is placed.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we are not able to provide a refund or an exchange.
To be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
